FAQS
Why should I use a public adjuster?
For two reasons. First, handling your own claim without a public adjuster is like going to court without an attorney. You could do it, but without knowledge of the rules and procedures you might be at a sizable disadvantage. Second, according to a recent study by the Office Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA), policyholders with public adjuster representation lead to higher average payments, sometimes considerably higher. The study offers an example of the average compensation for 2005 hurricane claims in FL. They were 747% higher when a public adjuster was involved. Click here to read full report.

How much does your service cost?
Absolutely nothing if we get you nothing. We work on a contingency basis which means we only get paid if we recover proceeds. Our percentage is based on funds recovered after any prior payments and/or the deductible.
What is the difference between the insurance company adjusters and public adjusters?
Insurance company adjusters work for their insurance company and their job is to safeguard the interests of the insurance company. There often times when insurance company adjusters will settle for a sum that is not always in the policyholder or homeowner’s favor. Our public adjusters have your interests in mind and work diligently to get you the best settlement possible.
Will my company drop me or raise my rates if I use a public adjuster?
Absolutely not! By law you are entitled to use the services of a licensed public adjuster to represent your claim.
Can my claim be re-opened? What if it was denied?
Florida law allows for claims to be re-opened up to five years after a breach of contract. We offer a no obligation inspection where we will review your documents and assess the feasibility of moving forward.
How much damage is necessary in order to file a claim?
Many times unseen damage can be significantly worse than first realized. Even if the damage appears small or if you aren’t certain exactly what you are dealing with, allow us to conduct an inspection and use our tools to properly assess the situation. Receive the peace of mind you deserve.
