Once we conclude our evaluation, we will compile evidence and prepare any required documentation to support your claim if necessary. Five Star Claims Adjusting will engage the services of engineers, construction consultants and financial consultants in support of your claim.
After we have established a professional line of communication with your insurance company’s adjuster, we meet with them on your behalf to inspect the damage and settle your claim fairly and equitably. Our services are performed at no out-of-pocket cost to you. Our fee is contingent on a successful settlement, we don’t get paid unless you do.
